The current situation is that we have been warned away from continuing this action as the Directors of Albany and Mirasol wrestle with presumably RBS as to who owns the fund. I will be seeking advice on the letter sent by Mirasol and the status of the "Fund" as it is not what most of us believed it was. This has clearly disturbed many people.
